The office building M65 Meduza has two new tenants – Fundacja Akademicka Inkubatory Przedsiębiorczości and Panorama Finansów. On the other hand, Amer Sports Poland moves to Krakowskie Centrum Biurowe Etiuda. Cushman & Wakefield, a real property counselling firm, was the representative of tenants in the transaction concerning the total surface of almost 2k sqm.
Akademickie Inkubatory Przedsiębiorczości is an organisation affiliated in AIP Group, which allows its beneficiaries to conduct business on favourable terms and supports the idea of entrepreneurship. The second tenant of Meduza – Panorama Finansów (PF Leasing), is a new company of GETIN Holding a limited liability company, providing leasing services for entrepreneurs.
Amer Sports Poland is responsible for distribution of such brands as Salomon and Suunto on the Polish market. Amer in their new headquarter in KCB Etiuda will occupy 1.26 k. sqm of space which will be divided into an exhibition part and the processing centre.
AIP Fundationis going to move into the new office at the beginning of November. Both Amer Sports and Panorama Finansów should move to their new headquarters after the holiday season.
