The building at Oławska Street, Wrocław, will soon have its visage changed. Transformation of the former headquarters of Wrocławskie Zakłady Graficzne in Quantum Office is going to increase supply of commercial space in the town centre. The investment is planned to be completed between the III and the IV quarter of 2012.
The investor – Quantum Project, a company owned by FIG Group – is going to conduct an investment involving the comprehensive modernisation of a building erected in 1983, which is a part of an urban complex is a part of the Register of Historical Monuments. In accordance with the plans the former department stores belonging to C&A that later served as the headquarters for WZG will be transformed into a five-storey building that will integrate three functions. Commercial units will occupy the ground and first floor and will be connected with basement facilities. The basement level will also accommodate service and catering space. The investor designated the second and the above storeys to be offices.
