The oral tender will take place on the 26th June 2013 in Ship and Design Research Centre in Gdańsk, at Szczecińska Street 65. The sale includes three parcels of land number 79, 81 and 82, situated at Wały Piastowskie Street 1 and the property right to the building placed on them, of the usable area of 18 311 m2.
Zieleniak, erected on the turn of 1960s and 1970s, is one of the most characteristic building in Gdańsk. The starting price amounts to PLN 67,7 million, whereas the bid bond is PLN 6,77 million. A buyer has to take into account the conditions, which may be related to the building, among others, the position of heritage conservator.
At present, there is no set spatial development plan for the property. It is supposed that the buliding will still function as a service-office investment.
