Neptun Office Centre will be the highest building in Gdańsk. The ceremony of topping out, which symbolises reaching the highest point, will take place on the 5th of June. In the ceremony there will participate companies involved in investment and developer process, prospective tenants and representatives of the city, including Vice-Presidents of Gdańsk, Wiesław Bielawski and Andrzej Bojanowski. Also the President Paweł Adamowicz has initially announced his participation. The ceremony's moderator will be Sławomir Siezieniewski.
Neptun Office Centre is located in Wrzeszcz district, at 107/109 Aleja Grunwaldzka, which is the main road linking the centre of Gdańsk with Sopot and Gdynia. The building will offer the class A office space of 15 860 m2 on 19 storeys. In addition, occupants will have at their disposal 159 parking places on three storeys of underground parking lot.
The ground floor is designated for guarded representative reception hall, and service and commercial rooms. In the first storey there will be well-equipped conference rooms, available for tenants, along with a canteen.
The building will be characterised by glazed elevation, guaranteeing attractive sights and good lighting of workplaces with daylight. Tenants will be able to arrange the office space freely due to flexible division of storeys into units. AEDAS CE is resposible for architectural design, whereas Budimex S.A. has become the general contractor.
Completion of the office building's construction is scheduled on the first quarter of the year 2014. Neptun Office Centre will apply for BREEAM certification. The investor is Hines company.
