Aquarius Business House is being built in the inner centre of Wrocław, at the intersection of Borowska and Swobodna Streets. The building's investor, Echo Investment, signed the preliminary sale agreement of the office complex. Horta Sp. z o.o. and SKUA Sp. z o.o. will become the building’s new owners. The preliminary sale agreements were concluded on 17 October 2012 and the building's price amounted to € 66.51 million.
"Once again Echo Investment conducts office investment on the local market with a huge success. This time people expressed a great interest, when the building was still under construction and even before the beginning of the construction of second stage. Our success consists in having chosen the best location in Wrocław and in the extraordinary project thanks to which the building received the BREEAM Interim certification and attracted such renowned companies as Tieto Poland, BNY Mellon, PwC or LuxMed. We are also very satisfied with the fact that it is another investment that was sold to our Spanish partner," said Adrian Karczewicz, who on behalf of Echo Investment was responsible for the whole transaction.
The building will be leased by such companies as Tieto Poland, PwC, BNY Mellon, AXIT, Randstad, Lux Med, BOŚ Bank, Expander Advisors, Credit Agricole, Farmacja Plus.
Aquarius Business House comprises two buildings with the total space of 25 000 sq m. The first stage of the construction was completed in November 2012 and the commission of the second is planned for October 2013. Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex S.A.is the general contractor and the architectural studio Arcad from the city of Kielce is responsible for the architectural project.
