A new investment – BIUROMAX office building – is being constructed in Krowodrza district, at Radzikowskiego and Wrocławska streets intersection. The office block will offer the modern class A space of 3 053,22 sqm on 4 above-ground storeys and one underground storey with a garage having 30 parking places. The office space has 2 063, 33 sqm.
The office block is located in four kilometre distance from the Main Square and three kilometres from a road to A4 motorway. Also shops and catering points are in close proximity.
The structure will be characterised by original architecture – elevation in euronit system, made of glass and aluminium, and high standard of interior finishing (marble, granite and glass). Thermal energy consumption necessary for heating will be reduced to minimum. In order to increase sense of security the building will have emergency and evacuation lighting, along with fire signalling system. The office block will also offer a reinforced place for situating a server room, structural cabling, optical fibre link, antistatic carpets and power supply protection in the form of UPSs and power generators.
Tenants will be able to freely arrange the interior due to open space system. Each floor may be easily divided into smaller units. The investor, Biuromax company, will offer possibility to arrange and finish interior, along with furniture lease.
Currently, the construction of framework was completed, also the slab under the last storey was made. The works will soon enter the phase of glazing the building and making elevation. The office block is to be commissioned in September 2013.
