PKP SA, as a perpetual user of the State Treasury lands, has put three plots to tender. The property will be sold in oral tender. The procedures will be managed by Cushman & Wakefield.
The right of usufruct of two plots of a total area of 9 767 sq. m with the ownership right of the buildings that stand on the above mentioned properties are the objects of the first tender. The net starting price is 97 million PLN. The second tender will concern the usufruct of a 7 411 sq. m plot together with the ownership of the buildings – the net starting price is 74 million PLN. The properties are situated in the very centre of Warsaw – at the junction of Chmielna, Jana Pawła and Jerozolimskie streets.
Currently the area where the plots are located does not have a local land management plan. The study of conditions and directions of spatial development of the capital city of Warsaw plans to create there over 30 m high multifunctional buildings (housing, office and commercial facilities).
