ALCON is an A-class office complex located in the northern part of Moscow. In fact, it's the only one office structure of this class commissioned in Moscow in fourth quarter of 2012. Join sole agents responsible for its commercialization are Jones Lang LaSalle and Knight Frank.
There is a subway stop "Sokol" in a close vicinity of complex. There is also a good communication link to i.a. Garden Ring relief road (Russian: Sadowoje Kolco) and international Sheremetyevo airport. ALCON consists of four buildings, which have 8 to 11 storeys. A total space of the structure is 102 177sqm, where 66 776sqm is designed as lease space. Complex offers underground car parking with 1 016 parking spaces.
Alexey Kuchvalsky, National Director, Head of Office Agency Department, Jones Lang LaSalle, said that just five A-class office investments were commissioned in the whole 2012, where ALCON is the biggest in terms of space. A trend of transferring a high quality office properties outside the city's centre can be noticed.
Alexander Sorokin, CEO LLC Alcon Development says that ALCON complex is a main project of his company. He emphasises that in the building the most advanced and modern solutions were applied, and the whole has been commissioned according to the plan - in December 2012. As Alexander Sorokin says, Alcon Development, during the execution of the ALCON complex, he aimed to create a special business atmosphere which would let leaseholders work in comfortable conditions allowing on a high effectiveness.
