Voivode, Marshall and Chairman of the Board of KPT render a special acknowledgements to entrepreneur for investments in Krakow special economic zone done in 2012. Mayors who manage sub-zones of Krakow Technology Park received also acknowledgements.
Krzysztof Krzysztofiak, vice-chairman of Krakow Technology Park said: It's important that we've met together in such a circle. I'd like to thank entrepreneurs for their decisions about investments, as well as commune without which support those operations wouldn't be possible.
Investments expenditures in 2012 reached 229 856 000zł, and employment increased by 391 people. More and more local small and large companies notice economical potential of Lesser Poland Voivodeship.
Krakow Technology Park works on caring about development, fortifying a position of Lesser Poland on the international arena - KPT together with Voivode and Marshal of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship lead a strategy of creating good conditions for investments in the region.
On 2nd January, the Cabinet of Poland made a decision about extending Krakow special economic zone, on issue of Minister of Economy. Areas of zone will include 628 ha now. They predict creating of 2 500 new work places on new areas and investing about 681 million zł. Thanks to reallocation of zone's border, within SSE investments would run companies such as Valeo Autosystemy, Motorola Solutions Systems Polska, Can-Pack, SGL Carbon Polska SA or SN Super Snow.
