Office building Nautilus is the first of Nautilus-Aquarius complex, which is to be erected in Cracow Technology Park, special economical zone Cracow-Czyżyny. According to plan, building will be ready and usable in Debember 2013.
ABP Investments Sp z o.o. is as investor while general contractor was chosen to be RE-Bau company. Architectonic project belongs to Q-Arch.
Nautilus is to be a medical-business building offering A class area of 6 000 m2 to lease. Building will be erected next to bus stops, this will enable getting quick to city centre and other it's parts.
Interior is to be Open Space, this will let leasers to arrange it as needed. On the ground floor, spacious hall will be situated. Nautilus will be a 4 storey building which is built using latest tecnology granting ceiling additional stress resistance. Building is said to feature: optical fibres, suspended ceiling, 3 lifts (including 2 service ones) and more. There will be 188 parking spots for leasers.
Leasers will be offered aid programmes given by the special economy zone.
