In October, Polnord Warszawa – Wilanów III will begin the construction of building B3, the third from eighteen planned office buildings, which will form the Wilanów Office Park complex. Construction works on the fourth office building, B2, will begin by the end of this year.
The S-shaped B3 building will combine office and commercial spaces. Currently, works on finalizing the detailed design of the building and the general contractor’s selection are in progress. The office building shall be constructed by the end of the 1st quarter of 2012. The investor informs that half a year later, by the end of the 3rd quarter, construction works on the B2 building shall be finished. These office buildings will increase the supply for rental space in Warsaw by almost 14 500 PLN.
The concept of the northern part of Wilanów Office Park has been designed by Hermanowicz – Rewski studio. Eighteen diverse building will be constructed in the vicinity of the Wilanów Palace.
