For the first time, Chopin Airport City's model as well as it's design shall be presented during the three-day fair. Taking place in Bavaria's capital, the fair shall gather nearly 40 000 representatives from the property industry, including investors, developers, lawyers, investment advisers or construction concern representatives.

Shopin Airport City intends to establish on 22 hectares a modern business district, utilizing areas near Chopin Airport terminal. Porty Lotnicze's investment is the answer to the growind tren of creating commercial structures around airports, which has a considerable impact on income from non-flight activities of airport managers.
Poland's first airport city will consist among else of seventeen environmentally-friendly A-class office buildings. These buildings total rent area will amount to over 170 000 m2.
