ECO Gdańsk Neptun's construction starts

Investment's general contractor is Budimex. Centrum Biurowe Neptun effectively has over 5000 m² office area (18 floor), 3 underground floors and over 500 m² business area. Neptun is not only an impressive building but also workplaces. The ceremonies realating to signing of the erection act and laying the foundation stone shall take place on 19^th september, at 13:00 near the investment's grounds on Grunwaldzka 107/109 alley in Gdańsk. Investment's completion should take place in first quarter of 2014. Neptun will apply for BREEAM certificate.
