The group of tenants of office space in Diamond Business Park Has been joined by Lava Group. The company will rent 110 sq.m of office area and 1100 sq. m of warehouse area in the complex. The transaction was mediated by the company Maxon Nieruchomości. At the same time, GLL Asset Management GmbH is an advisory company cooperating with the owner of the building, the investment fund GLL Real Estate Partners.
