Concept Tower is to be a 15 storey high office building accommodating over 9 thousand sq. meters of space. It is to be ready to use in the fourth quarter of 2012 and it costs 135 million PLN.
The office building is to be located by Grzybowska 87 st. in so called Warsaw Business Center (a business complex planned near Przyokopnej st., Hrubieszowskiej st., Karoklowej st. and Grzybowskiej st.). It is to neighbor Rondo Daszynskiego underground station which is currently being built.
The project has been designed by FSP Arcus and Grupa Concept Development is responsible for the realization of the project. The investor has chosen IDS BUD for the general contractor and Cushman & Wakefield is to take care of the commercialization of the building. Grupa Concept has submitted its investment to the LEED certificate on the Gold level.
