Welcome back… to the office! New report by Nowy Styl

|
As a leader in the field of office space design, Nowy Styl not only completes various projects.

We also like to share our knowledge. This time we would like to support companies which open up to welcome their employees after the pandemic. To this end, experts at Nowy Styl have come up with a report titled “Welcome back… to the office!” It includes a bunch of useful information that will help you prepare your office space before the employees come back. You will find this publication here!

Some of us find it exhausting to stay in the same place all day long. Plus, disturbed work-life balance is already bothering us. That’s why many people have been looking forward to the opportunity to return to the office. Still, when we started to prepare and envisage this great comeback, certain fears and doubts appeared. We often wonder about safety. How to reconcile the need to relaunch business activity with health concerns?

The key aspect is to prepare the office space before the employees return. Offices need to change – explains Karolina Manikowska, head of Workspace Research and Consulting department at Nowy Styl. – This change requires a comprehensive approach. On top of basic health and care products we also need to invest in special solutions and ensure necessary support and communication.

If you want to learn more about specific proposed solutions, watch the interview Olimpia Ajakaiye conducted with Karolina Manikowska.

Welcome back… to the office!

The rules discussed in the report focus around six pillars: workplace safety and hygiene, new workspace organisation, visual communication, operational rules, actions of the management and equipment designed to keep the employees’ safe. All of the above constitute the so called safety puzzle: a network of specific actions and solutions intended to relaunch the office after the pandemic.

The publication should be compulsory reading for all those who are responsible for rearranging office spaces and ensuring safe working conditions. Read on!
