The headquarters of the company will be located on three from six available tiers in the structure. The arrangement of a new office owned by Blue with the total area of 850 sq. m will be performed by the Xplan company which became a general contractor of the project. It will be responsible for montage and construction works, ceilings, floors, woodwork, skylight, sprinkler installations and bathroom equipment. The project of the company’s registered office was devised by the ARCH515 architectural studio.
The individuality of the premises is defined by a discreet and symbolic color composition (blue motives on the floors, furniture and installations) and specifics of a functional division. The office assumption is located on three levels and each of them is intended for a distinct but integral activity of the Blue Media company. The glazed staircase constitutes a communicational and integral corpus for certain levels. The cozy atmosphere which stimulates to work is provided by an artistic arrangement of interior – that is floors and furniture with the usage of natural materials as well as sensitive and effective lightening. Moreover, the individual furniture, conference halls and offices were specially designed for the purpose of this investment. The impression of the interior’s integration with the outside was created thanks to a greenery designed in the interior; numerous glazing of the premises with the opening on external wooden terraces and a beautiful panoramic view at the pier, bay and Plac Przyjaciół Sopotu – says Oliwer Rasztawicki from the ARCH515 architectural studio.
Dom Zdrojowy is another office arrangement conducted by Xplan in Tricity. Previously, the company was chosen as a general contractor for such companies' headquarters as Arla Foods, CBRE, TF Bank, Douglas or City Handlowy.
